[Travel Conditions] Domestic Travel Planning Terms

When the Company accepts travel arrangements at the Customer's request, the following shall be applied except for those listed in the travel itinerary (course table) and travel conditions (or quotation). This transaction condition manual shall be a part of the contract if a travel contract is concluded. (Be sure to read, print and save the contents of this travel conditions when applying)

Article 1. Arranged Travel Contract

1. "Arranged Travel Contract" (hereinafter referred to as the "the Contract") shall mean the Contract under which the Company undertakes to make arrangements at the request of the Customer by representing him/her, or acting as his/her intermediary, or playing an introductory role for him/her, so that he/she may be provided with Travel Service.
2. When the Company has made arrangements for the Travel Service with the care of a good manager, the fulfillment of it's liability based on the Arranged Travel Contract shall terminate. Therefore, even if contracts are not executed with transportation and accommodation facilities, etc. due to such causes as capacity fully filled, shutdown, inappropriate condition, etc., when the Company has fulfilled it's obligations, the Customer will be required to pay to the Company the handling charge of the Travel Service set by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Handling Charge").
3. Items not stipulated in this travel condition manual shall be described in the ticket, accommodation ticket, etc. that shall be given separately, and shall be in accordance with the Company's travel agreements (part of arranged travel contract).

Article 2. Application and Establishment of Travel Contract

1. Please fill out the application form specified by the Company and apply with the application fee of 20% or more of the travel expenses up to the full amount. The application fee shall be applied to all or part of travel expenses, handling fees or cancellation fees.
2. If the Customer traveling in the same process applies for the Contractor (representative), the Company considers that the Contractor has all agency rights regarding the conclusion and cancellation of the contract.
3. The contract shall be concluded when the Company accepts the conclusion of the contract and receives the application fee in Clause 1 of this article.
4. Notwithstanding Clause 3 of this article, the Company may accept the conclusion of a travel contract with a written special agreement without receiving the application fee. In this case, the date of establishment of the contract shall be clarified in the relevant document.
5. The Company may accept oral applications for contracts for the sole purpose of arranging tickets or accommodation tickets. In this case, the contract shall be concluded when the Company accepts the conclusion of the Contract.
6. The Company shall issue immediately the Customer a Contract Document that describes the travel schedule, the content of the travel service, the travel fee and other travel conditions, and matters related to the Company's responsibility, after the arrangement travel contract is concluded. However, the Company may not issue a Contract Document when the Company issues a document indicating the right to receive a ticket, accommodation voucher or other travel services for all travel services arranged by the Company.
7. The Company shall have the right to refuse to conclude the Travel Contract when there are other service needs of the Company.

Article 3. Travel Fee

1. The travel fee is the sum of the travel expenses and travel service handling charges specified in Item I of Clause 1 of Article 4.
2. The travel fee shall be paid when the Company hands over coupons such as tickets and accommodation tickets.
3. The Company shall change the travel fee when the travel fee fluctuates due to revision of the fares and charges of the transportation and accommodation facilities used, fluctuation of the exchange rate etc, before the start of the travel. In this case, the increase or decrease of the travel fee belongs to the Customer.

Article 4. Travel Service Handling Charge

The Company shall charge the following travel service handling charge for travel arrangements, coupon issuance, travel consultation, etc. Items not listed below are based on the Company's travel service handling charge list.

III. Reservation agency for no-coupon accommodation with accommodation vouchers, etc. 1,080 yen per arrangement
a. Travel fees refer to fees paid to transportation & accommodation institutions, etc. in the name of transportation fees and accommodation fees, etc. in order to receive travel services.
b. When making the same arrangement at the same time, even multiple people are counted as "1 arrangement". If the arrangement date, usage date, usage section, accommodation & transportation institution, etc. are different, each is counted as "1 arrangement".
c. "Arranging a single transportation institution" means arranging private railways, buses, ferries, etc. excluding airlines and JR.
d. "Confirmation Coupon" means issuing a coupon after the Company confirms the contents reserved directly by the Customer.
e. Actual costs such as communication and shipping costs shall be charged separately.
f. Of the above, the flat rate includes consumption tax. If the Customer charges a handling fee at the prescribed rate, a consumption tax shall be charged separately.
2. Travel Consultation Fee

Article 5. Change of the Contents of the Travel Contract

1. The Customer can request the Company to change his/her travel contract. In this case, the Company shall respond to requests for changes to the travel contract as much as possible. Any increase or decrease in travel charges caused by changes in the contract details belong to the Customer.
2. When there are cancellation fees, penalties, and other expenses required to change arrangements to be paid to the transportation & accommodation institution, etc. due to changes in the travel contract details, the Customer shall be responsible for this, and the Company shall charge the following change procedure fee.
For each travel service provider 540 yen per arrangement (including consumption tax)

Article 6. Cancellation and Refund of Travel Contract by the Customer

1. When the travel contract is canceled due to the Customer's convenience, the following charges shall be charged and the remaining amount shall be refunded.
a. The handling fee specified in Clause 4 and the following cancellation procedure fee related to the cancellation of travel service arrangements in Clause 3 of this article.
b. Travel fees related to travel services already provided to the Customer.
c. Cancellation fees, penalties and other expenses paid to the travel service provider for travel services that the Customer has not yet received.

2. When the arrangement for the Travel Service become impossible due to causes attributable to the Company, the Customer may cancel the Arranged Travel Contract. In this case, the Company shall refund the balance, excluding travel fees related to the travel services the Customer has already received.

Article 7. Cancellation and Refund of Travel Contract by the Company

The Company may cancel the travel contract when the Customer does not pay the travel fee by the specified date. In this case, the Company shall charge the handling fee stipulated in Article 4, the cancellation procedure fee stipulated in Clause 1 of Article 6, and the cancellation fee, penalty fee and other expenses to the travel service provider.

Article 8. Settlement of Travel Fee

When the actual travel fee does not match the travel fee received, the Company shall settle the payment promptly after the travel ends.

Article 9. Responsibilities of the Company

1. If the Company or the Company's Acting Arranger (hereinafter referred to as the "Agent") causes the Customer to incur losses through accident, error, or omission in implementing the Travel Contract, the Company shall reimburse the Customer for such losses, if the Company has been informed within two years from the day following the date of occurrence of the damage.
2. When the Customer suffers damage due to the following reasons, the Company shall not be liable to undertake the compensation except for the situations mentioned in the preceding clause.
I. Natural disasters, wars, riots, terrorism, government orders, quarantine due to infectious diseases, and travel rescheduling or travel cancellations caused by these.
II. Transportation & accommodation facilities' cancellation of services, accidents, fires, and travel rescheduling or travel cancellations caused by these.
III. Accident during free movement
IV. Food poisoning
V. Theft
VI. Delays, interruptions, schedule changes, route changes, and travel rescheduling or shortened stay times at destinations caused by these
3. For damages in Clause 1 of this Article caused to baggage, the Company shall compensate for the damages only if the Company is notified within 14 days from the day after the damages occur. However, the amount of compensation of the Company shall be up to 150,000 yen per person (excluding cases where the Company has intentional or gross negligence).

Article 10. Responsibilities of the Customer

1. If the Company incurs losses as a result of the Customer’s negligence or error, the Company may seek compensation from the Customer for such losses.
2. The Customer shall make full use of the information provided by the Company, and try to understand the rights and obligations of the Customer and other contents related to the Travel Contract.
3. After the travel starts. if the Customer finds that the travel services provided do not conform to the Contract, or an accident occurs while traveling, he/she must promptly declare the matter to the Company or the provider of the travel services.

Article 11. Travel Conditions with the Customer Who Wishes to Conclude a Travel Contract by Communication Contract

The Company accepts travel applications, from the Customer who is the holder of a credit card (hereinafter referred to as "the Cardholder") of the credit-card companies affiliated with the Company (hereinafter referred to as "Affiliated Company"), on the condition that "receiving payments such as travel fees without the Cardholder's signature" (hereinafter referred to as "Communication Contract"), by phone, mail, fax, internet or other means of communication. However, in some cases, the Company cannot accept it because the Company does not has a member store contract related to the Communication Contract with the Affiliated Company, or due to business reasons. The travel conditions of the Communication Contract differ from the normal travel conditions in the following clauses.
1. The "Card Using Date" in this article means the payment date or the refunding date of travel fee that the Cardholder or the Company shall fulfill in accordance with the Travel Contract. In the former case, it will be the contract establishment date, and in the latter case, it will be the date when the contract cancellation is requested. However, if the contract cancellation date is after the travel fee has been paid, the Card Using Date shall be within 7 days from the day following the cancellation application date, and the amount after deducting the cancellation fee from the travel fee shall be refunded.
2. At the time of application, the Cardholder is required to provide the Company for the membership number and the content of the travel service to be requested.
3. The Communication Contract shall be deemed to be established when a notice of acknowledging the conclusion of the Contract arrives at the Cardholder. However, if the notice of acknowledging the conclusion of the Contract is notified by electronic consent notification such as e-mail, facsimile, answering machine, etc., it shall be established when the notice reaches the Cardholder.
4. If the Cardholder cannot pay with the credit card due to credit, etc., the Company shall cancel the Communication Contract and the Cardholder shall pay the fees and handling fees specified in Article 6. However, this does not apply if the travel fee is paid in cash by the date specified separately by the Company.

Article 12. On Handling of Personal Information

1. About personal information described in the application form, participant list, travel inquiry form, etc. submitted at the time of travel application, in addition to using it for communication with the Customer, the Company shall use it within the scope necessary for procedures for arranging and receving services provided by transportation & accommodation institutions, etc., in the travel the Customer applied for.
2. The Company provides the personal information provided by the Customer at the time of application to a duty-free shop or other souvenir shop for the convenience of his/her shopping at the travel destination. If the Customer has any inconvenience, please contact the Company before departure.

Article 13. Basics of Calculation

These travel conditions are based on fares and charges that are valid as of the date of conclusion of the Travel Contract.

The Company recommends domestic travel accident insurance to all travelers to make the Customer's travel enjoyable to the end.
