Kamome Bus Ticket Notes on use

● The “Kamome Bus Ticket” is valid only on the day of first use and allows travel on the route bus (one-way) between JR Okayama Station and Shin-Okayama Port, plus the ferry (one-way) between Shin-Okayama Port and Tonosho Port (Shodoshima).
●Regarding the Bus One-Way Ticket
・This is a one-way ticket for the Okayama Station to Shin-Okayama Port route.
・You may board Okaden Buses operating between Okayama Station and Shin-Okayama Port.
・Immediately before exiting the bus, press “Use Ticket” on your bus one-way ticket and clearly present the ticket information side with the color bar to the driver.
・As this is a one-way ticket, please note that it becomes invalid if you disembark mid-route.
・For large groups (e.g., tour groups), the bus may be unable to accommodate all passengers. If you plan to travel with a large group or anticipate being unable to board due to crowding, please call 086-274-5775.
●Ferry One-Way Ticket
・This is a one-way ticket for either Shin-Okayama Port → Tonosho Port (Shodoshima) or Tonosho Port (Shodoshima) → Shin-Okayama Port.
・Please present your ticket exchange voucher screen at the ferry ticket counter.
・The exchange voucher is valid only on the day the ticket is first used.
●Children refer to elementary school students. One infant per accompanying adult travels free; additional infants require a child ticket.
● Cancellations are only possible within the validity period and before the start date, provided you have not pressed the “Use Ticket” button. A cancellation fee of ¥200 per adult ticket and ¥100 per child ticket applies. No refunds will be issued after the start date.
● If you cannot present the ticket information (e.g., due to a dead smartphone battery or device malfunction), the ticket becomes invalid. Please note you will be required to pay the regular fare separately.
