Kitakyushu City, located at the northernmost tip of Kyushu, the city facing Honshu of Kanmon Strait, there was born in 1963 through a merger of five cities Moji, Kokura, Tobata, Yawata, and Wakamatsu. The history and scenery of the Kitakyushu Industrial Zone is popular among tourist destinations.
