Ikaho Onsen, located halfway up Mount Haruna in Gunma Prefecture, is known as a hot spring resort with a long history, including a poem related to it in the Manyoshu (The Anthology of Myriad Leaves). The center of Ikaho Onsen is a stone staircase street lined with inns, hotels, and souvenir shops, making a stroll through the town a popular way to enjoy the atmosphere of a hot spring resort. Yunohana Manju (steamed buns) and Tama-konnyaku are also popular hot springs gourmet foods. At Ikaho Onsen, visitors can enjoy two types of hot springs: Kogane no yu which is brownish-brown in color and gentle to the skin with little irritation, and Shirogane no yu which is clear, colorless, and rich in hot water.

The Ikaho Ropeway takes four minutes to ascend from the Hototogisu Station in the Ikaho Onsen district to the 955-meter-high Miharashi Station, where there is an observatory at the top of the mountain, offering panoramic views of Mount Akagi and Mount Tanigawa.

At IKAHO GREEN BOKUJO, visitors can watch an authentic New Zealand-style sheepdog show, the largest in Japan, and experience making butter and ice cream.

The Shibukawa-Ikaho Onsen Bus Ticket is a convenient way to get around the Shibukawa-Ikaho Onsen area, allowing you to get on and off as many times as you like during the period of use.
